Design hydraulic presses, contact heating machines and special purpose machines from concept to GA/detail drawings. AutoCAD / SolidWorks experience required.
Mechanical assembly and fitting of hydraulic presses and press structures at our Chakan works. ITI in Fitter trade preferred.
Arc/MIG welding on press frames, platens and machine structures. Experience with heavy fabrication and reading welding drawings required.
Operate CNC and laser cutting equipment for steel rule dies and wooden cutting dies. Attention to close-tolerance detail essential.
Install, commission, and service hydraulic presses and heating machines at customer plants across India and occasionally overseas.
